Aashna Financial Services is a financial service platform that assists individuals, corporate bodies, and NRIs in investing in Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and Bonds online and offline.
Responsibilities:
*) Excellent written and verbal communication
*) Keep prospective client database updated
*) Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
*) Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
*) Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
*) Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information per email.
*) Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
*) Staying informed about competing products and services.
*) Upselling products and services.
*) Researching and qualifying new leads.
*) Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
*) Make cold calls for new & existing business leads
*) Maintain knowledge of service offerings of the company
*) Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of quotations
*) Update CRM system with all customer communications
