Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities as Design Manager-

To provide error less, efficient design & drawings of process and product as per customer requirement / specification. It should also focus on cost and time saving aspects of project and Products. Develop strategic design plans with projected timelines and budgets.

To modify design in accordance with the suggestions/ specification received from marketing/customer. Proactively call and get customer requirements.

Design New Products on continuous basis.

To communication with vendor for technical specification of their material as per requirement

Preparation of bill of material for the order Received.

Ensure smooth operation of design team to achieve the target. Like ensuring that drawing is delivered to customer within time specification preparation of BOM in ERP within the specified time limit

Costing sheet Preparation

Standardization of BOM

Support MKTG Department for costing at tender stage & support to finalise the order

Support QA & service Department for improvement & Resolve the issue if any

Overseeing the design projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the staff members to ensure they adhere to the budget and timeline constraints.

Analysing market research to create more effective designs.
