Create & Handle The Distribution Network
Onboard New Distributors for Mobile Accessories products in Vacant Areas
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
Allocating areas to sales representatives
Developing sales strategies and setting targets
Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
Compiling and analysing sales figures
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Reporting to Regional Sales Manager
