Product Manager

Job Description

Analyse the gaps in the lending product life cycle (Web, dashboard, and Apps) by interacting with the key stakeholders (sales / credit / policy/ops/vendors) and understand the requirement.
Would be responsible for gathering requirements from business/credit/ops team and articulate the same into detailed requirement document.
Work closely with management and vendors team through the entire product development cycle starting from raising detailed BRD/user stories, doubts clarification, UAT testing and getting it live.
Continuously track product performance and recommend improvements.
Responsible for designing innovative solutions and processes that will reduce the TAT for the customers and the internal stakeholders through automation.
Would be responsible for providing required support to business & credit team on day-to-daybasis
Work closely with operations team to create intelligent dashboard.
Comprehensively test the digital solution along with critical stakeholders and arrange for a signoff.
