Currently, we are having requirement for a Sales Executive/Manager in our Company.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Build contacts and a professional relationship with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
- Meeting clients of a specific industry (Gems & Jewellery) to conclude sales, building relationships, referral seeking, and servicing them as a portfolio.
- Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Make cold calls for new & existing business leads
- Maintain knowledge of service offerings of the company
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of quotations
- Update CRM system with all customer communications.
Key Factor:
- In regards to role’s necessity – the candidate must have excellent communication skills in (English, Hindi, Kannada-compulsory), (Tamil, Malayalam & Telgu- any one is ok)
- Aptitude and intellect in speaking frankly to customers to conclude sales
- Willingness to commute all over south India as and when required.
- Bold, honest and sweet in speaking
- Good soft skills
- Two-wheeler to travel

- Good emotional intelligence
