Responsibilities
• Sales
• Identify, approach, and sign uPVC Door & Window fabricators in order to expand Fenova's reach and sales
• Represent Fenova in uPVC Door & Window trade expos, sales events
• Arrange conferences and sales events for architects, interior designers, and builders
• Co-ordinate operations at warehouse
Customer Service:
• Connect with fabricators and customers about suggestions and feedback from the field about the product
• Connect with operations to address the suggestions and feedback
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Develop and manage a database of potential customers / sales pipeline
• Develop customer visit summary reports
• Document reports based on fabricator and customer suggestions for an idea collection purpose
• Document market trends and R&D reports from a product development standpoint Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce, Business Administration, Communication
• 2+ years' of sales experience in uPVC Door & Window Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Telugu, Hindi, English
• MS Office skills - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook (Used for reporting)
• Excellent solution selling skills
• Deep knowledge and experience of the product, as well as, PVC extrusion and window fabrication in general
• Effective time management skills
• Should be able to travel
