Roles and Responsibilities
Execute tasks in collaboration with the Marketing team and the Creative Team.
Create creative copy for marketing materials such as ads, search ads, website headers, social media ads, product page descriptions, website content, newsletters, SMS/app push notifications, blogs, and other offline marketing collateral such as brochures, leaflets, signage, etc.
Strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Communicate clearly and accurately in a variety of tones.
Exhibit strong research and critical thinking skills.
Help evolve copywriting practices, define processes and convert briefs to clear copy.
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
Execute tasks keeping work quality in mind while adhering to set timelines.
Learn and grow based on shared resources and feedback.
Take a proactive role and contribute to the team in terms of ideation and suggestions.
Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and present work in a clear and compelling manner.
Produce well-researched content for online and print publications.
Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines. Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
Work with the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials by following an editorial calendar.
Work on titles/keywords for products marketed on multiple platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other portals.
