Role and Responsibilities 1. Lead a team of direct sales executives in defined geographies and State leads to oversee the day to day Direct Sales operations 2. Develop weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements to drive higher conversion 3. Travelling to various geographies to work directly with the team and visit market with them for local level intelligence 4. Take complete ownership of growth targets and deliver against them; responsible for P&L of the team 5. Create transparent reporting systems to identify, monitor and improve the critical business metrics 6. Create a hiring framework to grow the team. Actively making hiring decisions on a case to case basis. Taking responsibility of hiring, training, motivating and retaining the team members 7. Liaise with marketing, product, finance and user experience teams to drive process improvements and the overall sales conversions 8. Drive focused projects to run experiments that can help unlock new avenues of growth
