Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners in India.
Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target driven environment.
Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
Engage client and build relationship & trust with the clients in most professional & ethical manner.
Build strategies on maximizing the output and revenue generation for self and team.
Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Playing a crucial role in building and supporting the team within the vertical and organization.
