Job Description

Achieving the month-on-month revenue targets as defined in the KRA.
Ensuring proper coordination with existing business partners.
Exceptional selling skills with an entrepreneurial thinking should be ready to take ownership of the entire sales process.
Handle end to end sales conversion of pre- generated leads across multiple continents including NA, Europe, APAC & RES etc.
A self- driven, self- motivated true team player, an independent decision maker.
Ensuring proper coordination with the team at regular intervals.
Leading a Tele- caller team and manage the same across multiple domains.
Should possess the required business acumen to understand the importance of customer relationship management.
Maximize revenues from the existing key accounts through up- and cross-selling and nurture the old accounts.
Shall help in developing proposals/ business cases/ presentations to the clients, pitching in for the expected research content by the clients, based on your experience.
Generate weekly, monthly sales reports and update the ongoing activities with a motive of overall process optimization.
