We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with expertise in import and export procedures for our welding machine sector. The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.

Experience: 3+ years' experience in sales coordinator.

Responsibilities:



Should be able to understand the product well.

One should have knowledge in import and export costing

Should have good communication skill.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Prepare and maintain sales documents, including quotes, contracts, and invoices.

Manage and update customer databases and sales records.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and provide timely responses.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction
