Responsibilities
- Acquiring new and partnership business opportunities: following the complete sales cycle prospecting, generating leads, meetings, requirement gathering, product demonstration, business proposal, negotiation, related documentation ; closure of lead.
- Obtain business information and procurement leads.
- Responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports to Management.
- Post sales relationship management with the customer.
- Working closely with the product team to give them feedback from the market and future requirements and enhancements in the products.
- Maintaining knowledge base of the industry
- Target based sales and revenue generation.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-5yrs of experience in healthcare industry/TPA/Financial sector.
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication Abilities.
- Should be good in Business Development, Relationship Building, negotiation, account handling and collaboration skills.
- ROI and data analysis skills.
- Should be able to give presentations, do negotiations and close the deal. - Should have knowledge of lead generation through various channels. - Open to Travel
