• Align vehicle inspection process at their respective locations as per the quality standards.
• Manage a team of inspectors and be responsible for their quality and efficiency.
• RCA the top issues and solve for the same along with refurb team.
• Audit and report data on the performance of the team.
• Content development on quality processes wrt different vehicle systems.
Education and Skill Required
• Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech in Automobile/Mechanical)
• 2-3 years of experience in the automobile/ auto ancillary industry
• Experience in product development/vehicle service/operations.
• Background in BAJA/Supra/FSAE/Efficycle competition is preferred.
• Basic knowledge about all automobile systems, industry and should exhibit general passion for automobiles.
• CGPA must be 6 and above.
• Above average communication skills.
• Excellent managerial and training skills.
