Responsibilities:
*) The main responsibilities are to develop and manage customers, participate in exhibitions, develop India markets, promote orders and complete sales tasks;
*) Establish an agent network in the region, and monitor and manage agents;
*) Assist agents in marketing activities and conduct pre-sales training for agents;
*) Pay attention to changes in the local market and feedback information about the market and competitors.
*) Keep prospective client database updated
*) Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
*) Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
*) Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
*) Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information per email.
*) Upselling products and services.
*) Make cold calls for new & existing business leads
*) Maintain knowledge of service offerings of the company
Key Factor:
*) Excellent written and verbal communication
