Job Description

Generation of leads for the business, maintaining proper CRM for the same, and conversion of Leads to Inquiry.

Conversion of Inquiries to Enrollment for OJT(On Job Training) offered in various domains like Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resource Management.

Screening of candidates who are visiting center for Job and assessment of those candidates to find out whether they are eligible for Direct Placements or we need to offer them OJT model.

Planning for the enrollments and generation of leads, enrollments and revenue.

Forecasting and review to the end to end process from leads to enrollments.

Maintaining of database and effective reporting for the work.

Work in a team and assist Management in formulation of new policies.

Connect with College, preparation of proposal and generating B2B Business as well.
