ERBrains is looking for a self-motivated, and ambitious individual to join our team as we are looking to fill a full-time Inside Sales Representative position in the Bangalore area.



Job Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Build productive and trusting relationships with clients

Direct sales support

Outbound Sales: Making contacts via phone, email, and networking

Lead Generation

Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base

Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager



Required Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Required

Sales experience of Microsoft 365 (Formerly Office 365) or Azure or D365 CE

Sales experience of Dynamics 365 is a plus

Strong attention to detail

1 – 4 years of sales experience

Outstanding customer service skills

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success

Excellent time management and organizational skills

A positive, “can do” attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

General understanding of the principles of sales

Strong will and determination to reach the established sales goals.
