Job Description

Identifying & collecting prospective customer’s data & making entry into the database

Sending e-catalogues to the respective segments of the new/prospecting customer database 

Help fixing appointments with prospects and customers for sales representatives 

Handling sales calls, emails and assisting prospects/customers in selecting the right product for their application 

Preparing and Maintaining sales records - Quotes, Customer Purchase orders, Sale orders, Bill of material, Invoices etc.,

Coordinating with marketing department to create marketing support material/customer references and with production department to ensure timely deliveries to customer.

Generate monthly sales reports, sales order forecasting, sales by product lines.
