Sales Representative Qualifications / Skills required by First Policy:
? Proven experience of minimum 2 years as general insurance sales representative
? Should have stable past career employment history
? Should be well networked in the local area and have an understanding of the Local market, and proven track records
? Good comprehension of general insurance policies
? Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
? Goal and target oriented
? Excellent skills in communication and presentation
? Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
? Willing to travel
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
? Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. and generate leads
? Appraise the wishes and demands of business, collect quotes from insurance companies & clients and eventually acquire client
? Achieve targets and submit reports of leads, meetings etc.
? Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
? Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
? Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
? Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
? Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts
