? Doing follow-ups with the candidates till the candidate joined
? Joining Formalities Completion
? Conduct disciplinary actions
? Maintain employee records
? Conduct benefit analysis for employee

? RMS ( Internal Software ) used for daily reporting
? Calling candidates, taking initial phone screening, understanding their competencies & skill sets Leadership Hiring / Executive Search.
? Aggressively following up with candidates to get their interviews done.
? Searching & matching resumes, Salary & Rate Negotiations, Recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and written English Skills
Candidate must be MBA/PGDM in HR
