Job Description

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Senior Academic Counselor to join our Gurusiksha Team and build a strong portfolio of clients.



Salary: Rs. 22,000- RS. 30,000 (Fixed) + Incentives (Daily+ Weekly+Monthly) + Based on previous experience.



Age Group : upto 30 years

Job Location: On-Site ( Sector V, Kolkata)

Pref. Experience: 1 - 3 Years





Responsibilities and duties:

1.Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.

2.Maintaining positive customer relations.

3.Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.

4.Oversee the process to attract new clients.

5.Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

6.Research and identify new market opportunities.

7.Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.

8.Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.





Employment Type : Full Time / Permanent

Working hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days : Monday to Saturday





Qualifications and Skills :

Minimum of bachelor's degree and master degree is required ( any field is fine )

Ability to develop , implement and assess performance metrics.

Proven record of boosting team.
