Excellent written and verbal communication Keep prospective client database updated Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads. Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities. AZnswering potential clients' questions and sending additional information per email. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Make cold calls for new & existing business leads
Maintain knowledge of service offerings of the company
Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of quotations
Update CRM system with all customer communications
Key FactorIn regards to role’s necessity – the candidate must have excellent communication skills in English. Given the demography – it may be difficult to find one such, but preference will be given to Fluent & Neutral English Speaker without Mother Tongue Influence.
