Responsibilities
? Excellent written and verbal communication
? Keep prospective client database updated
? Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
? Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
? Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
? Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information per email.
? Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
? Staying informed about competing products and services.
? Upselling products and services.
? Researching and qualifying new leads.
? Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
? Make cold calls for new & existing business leads
? Maintain knowledge of service offerings of the company
? Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of quotations
? Update CRM system with all customer communications
Key Factor
In regards to role’s necessity – the candidate must have excellent communication skills in English. Given the demography – it may be difficult to find one such, but preference will be given to Fluent & Neutral English Speaker without Mother Tongue Influence.
Preferred US Sales candidates or freshers with good communication.
