- Managing existing key accounts to ensure regular orders are received from them
- Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up for execution of orders by coordinating with logistics team
- Quotation submission to new key/corporate accounts & interacting with them for finalising
rate contracts
- Maintaining customer data base
- Respond to complaints from customers
- Coordinate with sales team of respective regions for enquiries received in head office
- Develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy
form.
- Maintaining Sales MIS
- Ability to do and organize tele sales
- Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supply
and payment collection as per planned objective.
- Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales
presentations when needed
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures &
presentation folders
