Job Description

Responsibilities:



Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Admissions Counseling: Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and educational needs. Offer personalized guidance and support throughout the application process, including assistance with completing application forms, submitting required documents, and scheduling admissions tests or interviews.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, high school counselors, and community partners. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for students seeking information about academic programs, campus life, and career opportunities.

Follow-Up and Conversion: Follow up with prospective students to address any questions or concerns, overcome objections, and facilitate enrollment decisions. Provide ongoing support and encouragement to help students navigate the transition to college and achieve their academic goals.

Sales Execution: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition and close sales. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and convert leads into customers. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop action plans and implement sales tactics to drive performance and achieve revenue goals.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company objectives. Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and product enhancements to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and revenue forecasts using CRM software. Generate regular reports and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
