Key Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding corporates to take recruitment services from company. 2. Onboarding new accounts & oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities 3. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit. 4. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. 5. Shall be open to work with minimum guidance and independently. 6. Shall be open to work full time from home. Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role. 2. Excellent listening, Negotiation and Presentation Skills. 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
