Job Description

Revenue Generation and driving sales through B2C and B2B enrolments of courses/programs.

Exceed/Meet sales Targets, ensuring risk mitigation in achieving the sales targets

Understand products offered and articulate the functions /benefits to professionals and students via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social.

Generate leads, convert leads into Admissions

Generate walk-ins and convert into new registrations/re-registration.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with  customers

Arrange seminars to pitch courses to technical colleges and universities

Develop in-depth expertise on e-learning/ certification business

Regularly update and maintain Customer MIS/ database and other data points

Coordinating with Course Provider Partners for all admission related documents.

Ensuring Timely collection of receivable/Fees instalments/ joining amount
