We are India's master distributors for 3M car wraps, paint protection films, and window sun films also south India's master distributors for Meguiars car care products!







Responsibilites:



*) Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets

*) Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing direction and support to ensure their success

*) Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to maintain a high level of motivation and product knowledge among the team

*) Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the region

*) Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and campaigns to drive sales

*) Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management



Key Factors: 



*) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

*) 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the assigned region

*) Proven track record of achieving sales targets

*) Excellent leadership and communication skills

*) Strong knowledge of the products and services offered by the company

*) Ability to analyze sales data and use it to make informed decisions

*) Proficiency with sales and customer relationship management software.

*) Previous experience in Auto Aftermarket sales
