We have urgent requirement for Executive/Sr Executive - HR in Delhi, Chandigarh and Karnal location.

Job description
Execute recruitment plans post discussion with senior management.
Sourcing candidates & initial screening of candidates from job portals as per business requirement within TAT.
Co-coordinating with stake holders & departments for scheduling interviews.
Co-ordinate the recruitment cycle involving job postings, CV screening, interview arrangements & employee offer generation.
Building candidates' data pool & ensuring that adequate manpower is always on -board by hiring within TAT.
Maintenance of recruitment MIS.

Required Candidate Profile
At least 6 months of experience in sales/ Non-IT recruitment.
Knowledge about entire HR process(PF, ESI).
Good communication & inter-personal skills
Should have good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge in sourcing, screening candidates through various portals & social media.
Hiring knowledge in NBFC/BFSI sector would be an added advantage.

Job Location- Delhi, Karnal and Chandigarh

Salary- Up to 3 LPA(Negotiable)
