1. Develop and maintain dealer and prospective dealer relationships.
2. Hand Channel Partners during Customer Meetings.
3. Implement channel sales strategies to meet the monthly sales quota.
4. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management
5. Resources, In order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations.
6. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
7. Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
8. Proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
9. Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
10. Proactively recruit new qualifying distributors
Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
11. Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales staff. Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship.
