Job Description-
* Understanding the manpower requirements, strategizing to endure delivery within the TAT
* Identifying innovative ways/sources of recruitment
* Telephonically screening the profiles
* Interview coordination, joining coordination
* Achieving and exceeding the recruitment target
* Maintaining various database
* Networking and coordinating with Consultancy.
Required Experience
Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience
