Hiring Production Manager having experience into Plastic or plastic packaging industry.



Work Loaction-Pune



Industry- Plastic & Plastic Bags producer for industrial packaging (mainly export oriented companies)

We are looking for a highly organized production manager to

create production schedules, give cummercial quote to customers,

Interact with customers regarding schedule

# Calculate material requirement, follow up with purchase,

# oversee production processes and delivery of orders in stepulated time.

# Train new people

# Schedule regular maintenance for equipment.

# Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to

# Proper utilisation of manpower, materials and machines

# Prepare monthly reports of material consumption, Manpower utilisation

Production Manager Requirements:

A degree in business management would be advantageous.

#Industry- related experience.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Job Types: Full-time



Experience:

Min 4 to 8 years.



Preferable in Plastic or Packaging industry

Salary: As per industry standards
