Roles & Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Sharing the shortlisted candidates with the reporting manager
• Generate atleast 5 relevant profiles daily
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database
• Coordinating with the candidates and the reporting manager
• Posting ads on various platforms (like LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, etc…)
• Sharing job description with the candidates over mail and taking confirmation
• Maintaining daily MIS and reporting to the concerned authority
CTC:
The candidate will be entitled for a stipend amount of ? 4,000 - ? 10,000 (depends on the interview and experience) for a 4 months training.
Post training clearance, below CTC will be applicable:
Upto INR 2.50 LPA (fixed) + variable (performance based)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi both
• Individual as well as a team player
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Sound judgement
• Analytical and problem-solver
• Female candidates will be preferred
• Must have Smartphone and Laptop / Desktop with good internet connection
