Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment cycle right from searching / sourcing and screening resumes to Short-listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the Organization.
Involved in Employee engagement activities.
Responsible for On-boarding and joining formalities.
Documentation, maintaining employee database, joiners report etc
Source profile using various recruitment portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster and Linkedin
