Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our manufacturing ledger team. The Service Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of manufacturing ledger systems. This position involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support, and contributing to system improvements.



Key Responsibilities:



Install, configure, and maintain manufacturing ledger software and hardware systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ledger systems, including software, hardware, and network problems.

Provide timely and effective technical support to manufacturing ledger users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper integration of ledger systems with other manufacturing processes.

Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

Monitor system performance, diagnose problems, and implement performance enhancements.

Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and issue resolutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose improvements in manufacturing ledger systems.

Assist in training manufacturing staff on the proper use of ledger systems..
