Job Description


Payroll:-
Deal directly with the people being recruited and are responsible for deciding the salary bonus and incentives of all employees.
Implements,maintains and review payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transcation.
Conduct benefit analysis,maintain employee records,set up new members of staff.
Responisble for planning coordinating and directing.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong technical skills.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Strong command in database manager.
Collect the raw data scattered in different MIS system of various department.
Good analytical skills, organizational skills.
MIS:-
Broadly encompass generation and collection of data to produce key performance indicators
Produce time sensitive information and provide actionable data that will assist management in planning and managing the core functions of the business including resourcing,staffing and client on boarding
Implement and analyze reports of different frequencies (e.g. Daily,weekly,monthly or quarterly) to facilitate effective business decision making
Collect and maintain data from various systems and reach out to users
Research and analyze actionable data to the senior management to enable proactive business decisions and react quickly to the changing the environment
Ientify process improvements to streamline data collection and report generations

Compliance:-

All liasoning related work like ESIC,EPF,LIC.
Ensure a company functions in alegal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.
Responsible fo developing compliance programs,reviewing company policies and advising management on possible risk.
Develop and review company policies.
Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.Advise management on the compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance
