Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential partners to establish rapport, arrange meetings, and onboard new partners
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Initiate, structure, and negotiate high-impact strategic brand partnerships directly with travel, lifestyle, and edtech partners for our financial products
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new marketing initiatives with partners and finding and developing new market opportunities and improving sales
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for business
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Enable partner success through relationship management, cross-functional planning, and analytical insights and support
- Develop strategies and business plans for meeting growth and revenue milestones
- Work with the partners to run campaigns that result in increased customer acquisition across channels
- Support business segments by integrating relevant offers from brand partners
- Develop & manage partnerships pipeline to initiate & execute multiple business initiatives
