Roles and Responsibilities
Customer #Acquisition
Lead management and follow up
Sales promotion through calls, #emails, #chats and #messages
Seek references from existing clients or finding #prospects
Explain the product details to the #customers
Post sales follow ups with document and payment #tracking
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 year experience in broking industry, insurance sales, credit card sales, investment plan sales or any bank related sales will be preferred
Good #communication and #negotiation skills
Pleasant #personality
1 year experience in #B2C #calling (mandatory)
Candidates from #Commerce background will be preferred
Salary upto 3 lpa (fixed + variable + incentives)
