Responsibilities and Duties
? Handle Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, Corporate Sales in Real Estate
? Coordinate daily customer service operations
? Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
? Coach and support new and existing Sales team members
? Suggest sales training programs and techniques
? Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
? Analyze consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
? Handle complaints from customers
? Create reports, analyze and interpret data, like revenues, expenses and competition

-Must be a Graduate.

-2-5 years of sales/Business Development Executive.

-Good communication and convincing skills.

-Real Estate knowledge is plus.
