? Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at
client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
? Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales, and working with
clients through the closing process.
? Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to
the prospects, which matching the investment need of the prospects
Using leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert
them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground
activities in corporates, clubs etc).
? Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process,
liaising with Developer for any clarification required for that.
? To be compliant with the operations process
? Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with our service at all
touch-points
? Providing after-sales services & assist in Home Loans for the customers.
? Accomplish monthly, quarterly & yearly financial targets, individual goals aligned with business
goals.
? Sustain an elevated level of sales action weekly, and work with other teams to cultivate sales
assets for campaigns – to maximize the ROI.
? Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events for Planning and overseeing new marketing
initiatives.
? Area analysis to ensure new business development.
