About Safe Harvest
Safe Harvest Private Limited (SHPL) was born out of the idea that consumers
would be willing to pay a modest premium for guaranteed safe food products
produced by small farmers, creating a win-win situation for both farmers and the
consumers. By connecting these farmers with organized markets, Safe Harvest
aims is to address pressing problems of the agriculture economy and the
environment.
Responsibilities
Sales : Manage the entire Profit and loss of the eCommerce business.
Marketing : Will manage the marketing budget, entire brand management,
product management, product marketing, promotions, Build Marketing
Strategy, Product Marketing, Drive Customer Research and ROI
optimization.
Strategy : Will formulate the strategies, develop the sales plan and monitor
the growth and conduct periodic sales review.
Team Management : Will monitor the team performance, guiding and
mentoring to get the best out of them.
Qualification & Desired Skills
MBA in Sales and Marketing from a reputed institute.
3 Years experience post MBA; Ecommerce experience mandatory.
Should be well versed with the ways of E Com working and proven track
record of managing market places.
Excellent Communication skill, negotiation skill, stakeholder management,
team player and Decision maker
