About Safe Harvest

Safe Harvest Private Limited (SHPL) was born out of the idea that consumers would be willing to pay a
modest premium for guaranteed safe food products produced by small farmers, creating a win-win
situation for both farmers and the consumers. By connecting these farmers with organized markets, Safe
Harvest aims is to address pressing problems of the agriculture economy and the environment.

Responsibilities

Managing Modern Trade Key Accounts Business for National Retail Chains.

Planning and delivering sales numbers for modern trade accounts through a dedicated set of team
members at pan-India level.

TOT negotiation, discussion and closure with all National Accounts on yearly basis in coordination with
the Modern Trade Head.

Prepare Joint Business Plan with Key Accounts to set the Account wise objective for the current
financial year and develop the tools to achieve the same

Driving the TOT parameters with Chains to drive effective and sustainable growth (Effective use of
Data Sharing, Driving multiple visibility space, Achieving the monthly Target, and timely payments)

Facilitating commercial reconciliation of national and regional accounts along-with commercial team.

Regularly have financial review with the MT Head to ensure that the Budgeted Top-line and Profit
Targets are achieved

Planning internal marketing calendars of Promotions, Activations and New Product introduction and
aligning the same with chains and ensuring implementation through Sales Operation Team

Internal Alignment with the Marketing team to ensure our brand objective always gets achieved in
Modern trade account

Coordination with operations team & field team to ensure fill rates and In-stocks are maintained.

Training and developing the Merchandisers & Promoters on their roles and responsibilities.

Qualification & Desired Skills

MBA in Sales and Marketing from a tier 1/2 institute.

Minimum 3 years experience post MBA in Sales/Business development in Modern Trade; Key Account
Experience preferable.

Should be open for travelling and should have good networking presentation and team management
skills

High ownership & Bias for actions.
