Job Description:
. Build new counters/customers for the company
• Use of existing customers
• Maintain relations with new/existing customers by understanding their needs
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
• Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Be updated with all running trends of eyewear and industry
• Developing the new brands in Mumbai and vicinity
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Have a go getter mentality
• Maintain knowledge of service offerings of the company
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of quotations
• Update CRM system with all customer communications
Key Factor:
In regards to role’s necessity – the candidate must have excellent communication skills. Given the demography – preference will be given to Fluent & Neutral Gujrati Language and Marathi language Preferred Residence in and around Mumbai vicinity
