2. Develop customer specific strategy to bag key Institutional clients & acquire business.
3. To manage & acquire new relationships & source business through them. Train the team to sell products & monitor the performance.
4. Business planning and implementation with existing as well as new Business avenues.
5. Must understand how products are purchased, ordered & administered in hospitals including formulary process & reimbursement policies in targeted institutions & systems.
6. To involve working with appropriate teammates (e.g. managed care counterparts, External Scientific Affairs) to enhance technical visibility and enhance company visibility in all accounts to maximize sales in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong informal networks both inside & outside the organization.
10. Should have contacts with client institutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Increase Sales! To achieve monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales / collection Budget
· Monitor distributors for their stocks, execution of stocks
· Create annual sales plans and present to reporting authority for finalization
· Analyze and record sales performance with requisite performance criteria.
· Build a network of affluent contacts (i.e. chief decision maker’s at large medical institutions)
· Sales forecasting
· Servicing on a periodical basis the lead Customers
Skills and Qualifications Required:
· +10 years of proven sales and management experience in the Healthcare sector
· Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Ability to learn and remain calm and focused under pressure
· Excellent communication skills oral and written
· Organized, self-disciplined and professional in demeanor
· Proven ability to increase sales!

? Qualification: Any Graduate, Preferable BSC / B. Pharma / MBA or Management degree with Science
