Job Description

Develop relationships with existing and potential Modern trade chains.
? Identify, network and appoint strong and reliable modern trade/Supermarkets.
? Analyze and review the market response to various schemes, offers and market trends.
? Realign processes and strategies based on feedback.
? Generate leads thru various methods of market intelligence.
? Conduct competitor analysis to keep the business strategy aligned.
? Resolving outstanding reconciliation issues periodically.
? Mentoring team under, thus creating an environment that fosters development and motivates high
performance.
? Achieve short- and long-term revenue targets thru non-security distribution channels.
? Business Planning and forecasting of revenue.
? Managing inventory for maximum availability.
? Monitoring of stock, indent planning, disposal of slow-moving and dead stock, forecasting of requirement.
