Job Description

Job responsibilities:

To Interact with New and existing customers Via Phone, Mails, MS Teams.

To Send Product Introductions to prospective customers.

Capture customer requirement in Template

To prepare quotations based on the supplier inputs.

To document the supplier and customer quotations

To Send quotations to customer within decided timeline.

To Generate Leads for field sales executives from Linked IN & Indiamart and other sources.

To Update customer data in CRM

To Arrange online Demos for products

Plan meeting with customer and field sales engineer with appointment.

Good Verbal and Written communication skills

Good in presentation skills.

Market awareness

Ability to capture and understand the unsaid expressions of customers.
