ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build a strong pipeline for generating new business opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company and demonstrate them to the clients.
Making cold calls and responding to inbound leads
Arrange/set up meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
Maintaining Sales CRM by keeping updating prospects and client database.
Handle complaints or objections.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Should possess strong customer service skills.
Should have experience in international voice.
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales and B2C Sales.
Strong ability in cold calling.
Effective time management.
Strong attention to detail.
Pleasing on the phone.
Interest in the Engineering Services and Software industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
