We are looking for a MARKETING ASSISTANT to be the supportive force that
empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with
exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
The Marketing Assistant shall be more often the MD’s “right-hand person” enabling him to advance
company initiatives and goals. The position shall offer a challenging mix of roles across multiple
domains and shall demand excellent skills in multi-tasking, so that the executive can focus on the high-
level leadership and strategy functions.
Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we shall rely on the MA for flexibility and
foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? With a primary responsibility of supporting the MD, provide support to the executive team as
directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run
efficiently
? Act as the point of contact among clients, and other external partners
? Set-Up and maintain compliance with the ISO standards
? Assist in setting up the overseas subsidiaries, ensure statutory compliances
? Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry,
researching and analyzing sales options.
? Browse Government Portals, tender portals, newspapers, digital platforms, industry periodicals
for tenders which best fit our product and capability portfolio.
? Collect and document competitive intelligence
? Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
? Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness
of the value proposition
? To build & maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
improvements.
? Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, product launches
? Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
? Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion
when interfacing with the business
QUALIFICATION
? Graduate
EXPERIENCE
? Preferably from Aviation, Hotel background
? Experience overseeing budgets and expenses
? Experience developing internal processes
? Freshers are welcome to apply.
