Job Overview:-

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to

help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the

dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging

strong relationship with clients.



Key areas of responsibility:-

? Build market position by locating, developing, and defining and closing

business relationship.

? Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events,

publications and announcements.

? Track individual contributions and their accomplishments.

? Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.

? Discovers and explores business opportunities.

? Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal

requirements and financials.

? Evaluates options and resolve internal priorities.

? Recommends equality investments.

? Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new

venture with company strategies and operations.

? Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.

? Estimates partner’s needs and goals.

? Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and

negotiating contracts’ and integrating contract requirements with business

operations.

Qualifications:-

? Graduate in B.com/BBA

? MBA/PGDM (Marketing)

? 3-5 years of sales experience

Responsibilities and Duties:-



? Help to plan sales campaigns

? Create a sales pipeline

? Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases

? Increase sales of the business

? Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior

management/the board of directors

? Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.

Key Skills:-

? Proficient knowledge of MS Excel & Word would be preferred.

? Sound analytical and communication skills, Leadership qualities.

? Experience with IT related work, Strategic thinking, Managing change and

Business processing.
