? Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
? Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
? Ensuring that the store of channel partners is adequately stocked with company products.
? Analyse and recommend enhancement in profitability through asset protection, cost control
achieve all company’s objectives.
? Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales
performance.
? Appoint new distributors and direct dealers in vacant area/territory.
? Planning and Conducting Dealer/Plumber meet.
? Identify the need of Branding and Marketing Activities.
Job Specification
? Minimum 10 yr. in Building Material (Trading). We may also consider working experience from
Sanitary ware, Water Pump. But PVC Pipe, fitting & Tank will be preferred.
