Job Profile:

We are hiring multiple IT Sales experts, who can generate business for mobile and website development projects in the international market. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

You must have worked in the IT Service selling a domain, having knowledge of cold call, email blast, bidding portals and data scraping to generate quality leads for the manager.



Key skills Required:

• Experience in full sales cycle including lead generation and communication during an early stage

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong experience of bidding portalCuts such as Upwork, PPH, Guru, etc.

• Generate the leads through LinkedIn and other portals

• CRM experience is preferred

• 1+ years of previous BD/ IT Custom Software Sales experience

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

• A person looking at the company growth, playing a vital role in the success of the company

• Be a part of the solution, meeting the daily challenges to generate results

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback



Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with prospective clients

• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

• Manage sales pipeline

• Coordinate with BA, Technical team and BDM at various stages for the higher success ratio

• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

• Generate qualified leads in the international markets

• Cold calling, email marketing and follow-ups to maintain the client communication

• Work on the data provided by the data team, as well as mining the own data from various websites and portals to connect

• Timely communication with the manager to close the leads
